Who We Are

CARE is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, concerned with animal and environmental issues. We serve communities in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties with educational programs, outreach, and direct campaigning on behalf of animals.

We feel that it is important to make decisions about living based on respect for all beings and the earth, and we encourage others to join us in considering meatless and cruelty-free alternatives for their lifestyles.
